Her father was martyred in Lancaster on 1582 22 Mar. Did he marry Bridget Norton nee Bulmer of Wilton in Cleveland? see bib dict vol 4 p228.

Said by the Chronicle to have been a kinswoman of the convent's benefactor Mr Thomas Worthington (brother-in-law of Helen Allen (LA003) and Catherine Allen (LA002).
