Died: 27 Oct 1772 in Bruges, aged 84.

father: Sir William Gage Prot of Hengrave Hall, Suffolk
mother: Mary Charlotte Bond of Peckham, Surrey

Augustinians, Bruges choir nun.
She was clothed 22 Oct 1709.

She professed 12 Jul 1712.

Sub-Prioress until 1769

She was the great niece of Mary Petre.

Notes:

Maternal grandfather Sir Thomas Bond was controller of the household to Queen Henrietta Maria. In 1711 had to visit England to secure her portion: returned with her kinswoman Charlotte Bond who entered the convent: (Annals 294-5).

Jubilee 1762

Allowed to retire as sub-prioress after 21 years on health grounds. It was decided thereafter that the office would be subject to a triennial election (Bruges Ann II, 199).
