Notes:

She was sent from Flanders to Munich in 1627 for the new foundation and was Headmistress until the 1631 suppression. She succeeded Mary Poyntz as Superior in 1633, subsequently freeing the house from debt. Her good working relationship with the Elector Maximilian enabled her to re-open the school in 1635. In 1645 she began to receive new members into the Institute, thus ensuring its survival and future growth. (CK-B)
